Chocolate delight desert


 



ngredients:

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. 1- In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.

  2. 2- In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

  3. 3- Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  1. 4- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust, making an even layer.

  2. 5- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.

  3. 6- Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Top the pudding layer with the remaining whipped topping, spreading it to cover the entire surface.
  1. 7- If desired, garnish with chocolate shavings or sprinkles for an extra touch.

  2. 8- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  3. Once chilled and set, slice and serve the chocolate delight. Enjoy!
