Ingredients:
2 ripe mangoes
1 cup coconut cream or whipped cream
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 fresh mint leaves (optional as a garnish) Instructions:

The mangoes should be peeled and the pit's flesh removed. Slice the flesh of the mango into small pieces.
Blend one half of the mango pieces until smooth in a blender or food processor. You can use all of the mango pieces as they are if you prefer a chunky texture.
Combine the blended mango with the whipped cream or coconut cream in a bowl. Whenever wanted, add honey or maple syrup for added pleasantness. Give everything a thorough stir to combine
